You grant Secbez a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as needed to operate and improve the Services for you. If you provide product feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Secbez or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, source control or communication tools). Your use of third-party services is subject to those third parties' own terms and policies, and Secbez is not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secbez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Security scanning and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities or issues will be identified.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secbez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid (if any) by you to Secbez for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
